Pulse

Terms of service

Operator: Pulse. Contact: Ask your business representative for the platform contact.

Effective 13 October 2026. These terms govern use of this WhatsApp lead CRM by businesses and their authorized team members.

Permitted use

You must have authority to connect your business accounts and upload customer information. Obtain required consent, honor opt-outs and follow applicable law and Meta’s policies. Do not send spam, impersonate people, share credentials or attempt to access another business’s records.

Your data and team

You control your business records and authorize us to process them to provide the service. You are responsible for team access, the accuracy of records, notices to your customers, consent and lawful retention. WhatsApp conversations, media, ad data and authorized imported history may be processed as explained in the privacy policy.

Service limitations

WhatsApp availability, delivery, templates, messaging windows and charges depend on Meta. Hosting and email services may also experience delays or failures. Keep suitable backups and review uncertain sends before retrying. Fees and service commitments, where applicable, are agreed separately; this pilot does not promise uninterrupted operation.

Suspension and ending service

Access may be suspended for abuse, security concerns or an invalid account connection. On ending service, contact us for export or verified deletion. Removal is subject to identity checks, legal retention and the disclosed backup schedule. Report security or privacy issues promptly.

Responsibility

Each party is responsible for its own obligations under applicable law. Any enforceable limitations of liability and governing-law provisions must be agreed in the final business contract. These pilot terms do not remove rights that cannot legally be waived.
